Denmark predicted to spearhead growth in online B2B trade  

Forrester Research forecasts that European online B2B trade will surge in coming years, led by Denmark

Forrester Research predicts that by 2004 no less than 17% of all Danish B2B (Business to Business) trade will be web-based. According to Forrester, Europe's online B2B trade which corresponded to less than 1% of the total in 2001 is forecast to grow to 22% by 2006 with Denmark and Sweden charging ahead, powered by high IT spend. Denmark invests more than 150% of the €588 average annual European IT spend per capita. The news is reported by Computerworld today.
