North Jutland keeps its vision of mobile future  

A new report Vision 2005 is due to be published later this month

A new report from Aalborg University due to be published later this month, makes it clear that North Jutland is still very much the province of mobile telephony advances, reveals Danish daily newspaper Jyllands-Posten.

The report, entitled Vision 2005, describes an active programme of research into the replacement of 3rd generation of mobile telephony.

"We are researching into how the internet protocol can run on the mobile network. It will be the 4th generation of mobile telephony on the other side of UMTS" Jyllands-Posten quotes Professor Jørgen Bach Andersen as saying.
