TDC Innovation, Novi and Novi-Innovation have invested an undisclosed sum in Enologic

TDC Innovation, Novi and Novi-Innovation have invested an undisclosed sum in the Århus based company Enologic, which produces pornography filtering software for the internet. The unique feature of the product is that it not only scans websites for offensive words, but also analyses graphic content including the amount of bare skin a picture shows in relation to the contours of the body outline, and the position of the eyes in relation to other graphic objects. Enologic's product is currently being sold to both the commercial and private sector in Denmark. The cash injection will be used to strengthen sales channels which the company hopes will enable the product to become established on international markets.

Enologic was founded last year by three programmers from Aalborg University in northern Jutland, who have been developing the software for three years. The news is reported by Computerworld and Erhvervsbladet.
