Fluxome Science in deal with US company

Danish biotech company Fluxome Science enters 3 year research deal with un-named US company

Fledgling Danish biotech company Fluxome Science has entered a 3 year research agreement with a US company, writes biotechdenmark.dk. Founder of Fluxome Science, Professor Jens Nielsen, declines to name the company, but says the agreement is worth DKK 5 million (USD 715,000) and has a potential which is worth a lot more.

Fluxome Science optimises cell factories in large volumes and the new agreement gives the US company the option to improve their biological cell factories. Fluxome Science was established based on Jens Nielsen’s work at the Center for Process Biotechnology at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and its financial supporters include DTU innovation.
