DNS Group acquires Network Technologies  

The German network supplier has acquired Copenhagen based Network Technologies, a distributor of internet security solutions

Germany based network supplier DNS Group has acquired Network Technologies, a Copenhagen based distributor of internet security solutions. The acquisition figure has not been disclosed. Torsten Anker Vestergaard Schmidt, managing director of Network Technologies says the company is looking forward to working in a new structure and sees a lot of potential in sharing inventory management, logistics and training centres across the national borders of Europe. DNS is represented in 9 European countries.


Network Technologies has a workforce of 20 people and generated revenues of DKK 101 million (USD 16 million) in 2002. It will continue to trade from its current premises in Copenhagen and maintain the same management and staff after the acquisition.
