IT company Etiro receives gold certification from Microsoft

The Copenhagen based IT company has been given Microsoft's highest approval for an e-learning programme

Microsoft has given its highest level of approval, gold certification, to the small Danish IT company Etiro for an e-learning programme which enables distance learning over the internet. Reactor is an editing programme for multimedia and is designed to be used in Microsoft's browser Internet Explorer.

Reactor can be used by a programmer to build templates for teaching pages which can in turn be used by others to fill in content such as film and explanatory text via the internet. All forms of multimedia can be shown in Reactor without plug-ins (small help programmes for multi-media). The Universities of Tokyo and Oxford are among the clients who have purchased a programme licence for Reactor. The news is reported by national daily newspaper Berlingske Tidende online.
