Outsourcing of IT tasks to India creates jobs and greater flexibility in Danish companies according to software firm Kring Technologies. Founders Jesper Kring and Michael Sauer gave a presentation of the Danish company at a seminar held in India in connection with a promotional visit last week, headed by the Danish Minister for Science, Technology and Innovation Helge Sander.

Kring Technologies develops software applications, internet and database solutions to a wide range of sectors. Project management is handled in Denmark, while development of solutions takes place in India, enabling savings of up to 70% to be achieved. Jesper Kring says the company does create jobs in India, but by solving IT problems of Danish companies, the latter can develop and create more jobs in Denmark. Kring Technologies has employed 55 people in the last 18 months of whom 10 are employed in Denmark.
