Internet Ventures invests multi million sum in Kapow Technologies

The venture company is currently investing several million kroner in software development company Kapow Technologies to accelerate its growth abroad

Internet Ventures (IVS) is currently investing several million kroner in the Danish software development company Kapow Technologies to accelerate its growth abroad. IVS has previously invested DKK 10 million (USD 1.7 million) in the company. Kapow Technologies markets a software called RoboSuite which makes it possible to integrate web based content and applications into portals, content management systems and knowledge management systems.

 

Kapow Technologies has established direct sales in Germany, the Benelux countries, England and the US. It is also collaborating with the US company Bea Systems which means that RoboSuite becomes an integrated part of Bea System's platform Weblogic.

 

The Danish software company was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Hørsholm north of Copenhagen. Kapow partners with IBM, ATG, Autonomy, Fatwire, Synkron, Valtech, and has a worldwide OEM agreement with BEA Systems. The news is reported by Computerworld online.
