Logix acquires two Danish IT distribution companies

The French IT distributor Logix has acquired Aarhus based Four Leaf Technologies and Aalborg based Comentor Computing

The French IT distributor Logix has acquired Aarhus based Four Leaf Technologies (FLT) and Aalborg based Comentor Computing. The exact price of the acquisition of FLT has not been disclosed, but according to a press release from Groupe Open, the owner of Logix, the price for acquiring 76% of the shares of FLT amounts to DKK 34 million (USD 5.4 million).

 

FLT is an IT infrastructure management distributor offering servers, storage and data management solutions. It has 100 people employed of whom 65 work in Denmark. Last year FLT generated revenues of DKK 560 million (USD 90 million). Comentor Computing has seven people employed and is a part of consultancy company Comentor. Comentor Computing distributes software from Citrix. The news is reported by Computerworld online.
