Maconomy gains Nordic breakthrough with IBM  

Maconomy has joined IBM’s small business initiative, and will now offer its industry solutions on IBM’s DB2 database

The Danish software producer Maconomy has entered a 2 year sales agreement with the Nordic division of IBM, enabling joint targeting of new and existing customers through various co-marketing and sales activities with the combined Maconomy/IBM offerings. The agreement covers the Nordic region and represents a breakthrough for Maconomy in their relationship with IBM.


The IBM programme which Maconomy has joined as an official partner is designed to provide Independent Software Vendors with technical and marketing support to help meet the specific IT needs of small and medium sized businesses (SMB). Peter Juul Jørgensen, Manager SMB IBM Denmark says ”We welcome Maconomy to our ISV Advantage Initiative, as we believe that Maconomy has a unique offering for SMB customers within professional services industries”.
