The Norwegian telecompany Telio has taken over the small Danish broadband telephony supplier Musimi

The Norwegian telecompany Telio has taken over the small Danish broadband telephony supplier Musimi. Telio has achieved great success in Norway by offering unlimited broadband telephony, VoIP, to fixed net phones in Norway, and 100 minutes of conversation time abroad for a fixed price of DKK 142 ( USD 24.1) per month. The concept will now be launched in Denmark.

Musimi will become a part of Telio's Danish subsidiary, and Musimi's customers will be offered the opportunity to change to the new fixed price system, but they can also choose to keep their Musimi solution which is among Denmark's cheapest.

Telio is the largest and fastest growing access independent VoIP provider in Europe. The company is headquartered in Oslo, Norway. The news is reported by Computerworld online.
