The Danish IT company Optiondirect plans to market its web-based software product in Sweden after raising additional capital. Optiondirect develops software for companies to help them administer share options and warrants for their staff. The software solution functions as a 'netbank for options' where these can both be administered by the company and accessed online by the staff.

Optiondirect was established in 2001 and is located in Symbion Science Park, Copenhagen. In August 2003 Technological Innovation invested in the company and owns almost 50%. The rest of the company is owned by the entrepreneurs Mads Lind-Holm and Michael Kjøller-Petersen together with iHedge, the company which has programmed the web-based software. The news is reported by Computerworld online.
