Sharp Electronics Denmark more than triples its Q1 revenues  

The Danish division of the electronics giant more than tripled its revenues in Q1 2004 compared to the same period last year

Sharp Electronics Denmark more than tripled its revenues in Q1 2004 compared to the same period last year. According to the company the result is due to establishment of its own direct sales division in Copenhagen and the extension of partnership collaborations. In addition, Sharp has launched a number of new copying and printing products which have been well received on the market.


Torben Lund Rasmussen, director of Sharp Electronics Denmark is pleased with the very positive start to the new financial year. The objective for 2004 is to double the previous year's revenues. Sharp Electronics Denmark increased its workforce in 2003 and built a nationwide service team. Currently the company is already enlarging its recently acquired premises in Rødovre close to Copenhagen.
