The Danish biotech company has strengthened its board of directors and advisory board with two international biotech heavyweights

The Danish biotech company Symphogen has strengthened its board of directors and advisory board with two international biotech heavyweights. Laurence Jay Korn, co-founder of Protein Design Labs in the US has been elected to Symphogen's board of directors while Jack M. Anthony, who has spearheaded business development in biotech companies such as FibroGen, Cell Therapeutics, Inhale Therapeutics and Applied Immune Sciences, has been elected to the advisory board.

 

Symphogen was founded in 2000 and is based in Lyngby, Copenhagen. It has pioneered a technology for producing target-specific recombinant human polyclonal antibodies, known as symphobodies, for the treatment and prevention of human diseases. The news is reported by BiotechDenmark online.
