TopoTarget prepares for listing on Copenhagen Stock Exchange  

The Danish/British biotech company is preparing for listing on Copenhagen Stock Exchange this year

Danish/British biotech company TopoTarget is preparing for listing on Copenhagen Stock Exchange this year. According to financial newspaper Børsen which reports the news, the first investors have been contacted to probe their level of interest in the company. Peter Buhl Jensen, managing director of TopoTarget says the company is ready for the stock market, but the question is whether the market is ready for them.


TopoTarget was founded in November 2000 and is based in Copenhagen and Oxford, UK. It develops and markets new and improved drugs for cancer patients; the first drug is expected to be launched on the US market by the end of 2005, and in Europe 6 months later. The main shareholders of TopoTarget are Denmark's BankInvest and Sweden's HealthCap.
