Amadeus Capital Partners invests major sum in End2End  

Venture capital company Amadeus Capital Partners has invested DKK 54 mn in a stake in End2End, a leading managed service provider for mobile data services headquartered in Aalborg, northern Jutland

Amadeus Capital Partners, a venture capital company specialising in high-technology investments in Europe, has invested DKK 54 mn (USD 9.2 mn) in End2End, a leading managed service provider for mobile data services whose headquarters is in Aalborg, northern Jutland. The stake has so far been owned by the US company, TMS Partners. Roy Merritt, director at Amadeus Capital Partners will join End2End's board of directors following the investment.

MD of End2End, Søren Ravn, is satisfied by the investment and its timing: "We know that a consolidation is currently happening in the industry, and participation in this will require investments. We have some ideas for the market, and it is interesting to have our equity owners strengthened at a time when the consolidation is taking place".

End2End is a leading B2B managed service solution provider for mobile data services and content. The company which was founded in 2000, has more than 50 mobile operators in 20 countries as customers including Nokia, Orange and Vodafone. End2End's product development takes place in Aalborg, while servers are placed at the hosting company Interxion in Ballerup close to Copenhagen. The news is reported by ComputerWorld.
