RTX Telecom, a north Jutland based supplier of advanced wireless communication solutions, has been chosen by Microsoft as a development partner for Microsoft's Wireless Game Pad for Xbox 360. RTX Telecom will deliver test instruments and test equipment to Microsoft worth a DKK multimillion sum.

Richard Lum, Xbox Program Manager of Microsoft says it was natural to choose RTX Telecom for developing the wireless game pad: "Few other companies have the ability to meet our specifications and time requirements. RTX engineers have a strong track record in implementing the core wireless technology selected for Xbox 360". The news is reported in a press release on RTX Telecom's website.

RTX Telecom is headquartered in Nørresundby, north Jutland and specialises in the development of advanced wireless communication solutions and OEM products across the entire range of wireless technologies including GSM/GPRS, Bluetooth, VoIP and TD-SCDMA. Target markets of RTX Telecom are the telecom, semiconductor, healthcare and infotainment industries.
