Salesforce.com, a world leading supplier of CRM systems headquartered in the US, is now entering the Danish market via a partnership agreement with Mondo, a Copenhagen based IT company. Mondo will handle marketing, sales, consultancy, implementation and integration of the CRM system from Salesforce.com.

Finn Jepsen, Business Unit Manager at Mondo comments: "We are aiming to generate multimillion sales from solutions and consultancy". Salesforce.com uses a net-based CRM system which runs on Salesforce.com servers, and the user interface runs in a simple web-browser. Companies pay a fee for using the system, and can thus reduce their expenses on buying software licenses.

Initially the CRM system will be available to companies in English and Swedish language versions. The aim is to make a Danish version later.

Salesforce.com was founded in 1999. The company has more than 308,000 subscribers in 16,900 companies worldwide. Mondo was established in 1994 and employs 67 people. The firm specialises in web management, hosting and development and implementation of websites and portals. The news was reported by Computerworld and on the Mondo website.
