Epoka Medic Mission, a Danish company specialising in purchasing and sales of second-user imaging systems for hospitals, has won the prestigious 2005 Frost & Sullivan Entrepreneurial Company Award

Epoka Medic Mission, a Danish company specialising in purchases and sales of second-user imaging systems for hospitals, has won the prestigious 2005 Frost & Sullivan Entrepreneurial Company Award. Epoka Medic Mission is a new company which has demonstrated superior entrepreneurial ability in the European refurbished medical imaging market, Frost & Sullivan writes in a press release.

Lars Braun Nielsen, director of Epoka Medic Mission says: "It is an important award because it gives the company a mark of quality compared to our competitors, which we are naturally happy about." Epoka Medic Mission expects that demand for the company's products will increase in the near future, and plans to establish a number of subsidiaries abroad.

Epoka Medic Mission is based in Pandrup, northern Jutland. The company purchases and sells used imaging products including CT and MRI scanners, Ultrasound and X-ray equipment, CR Systems and Laser Cameras. Epoka Medic Mission was founded in 2003. The news was reported by financial daily newspaper Børsen.
