RTX Telecom, a north Jutland based supplier of advanced wireless communication solutions, has launched its new LAN Cordless Dualphone at the Cebit fair in Hanover

RTX Telecom, a north Jutland based supplier of advanced wireless communication solutions, has launched its new LAN Cordless Dualphone at the Cebit fair in Hanover. The wireless phone can be used for both fixed net and IP telephony, and also offers customers on-screen information such as news, e-mail, stock market data, weather forecasts, traffic queues or sports results.

LAN Cordless Dualphone is currently being tested by TDC, the leading provider of telecommunication services in Denmark, which is likely to become exclusive distributor in Denmark for a period. Gert Rieder, director of TDC Privat says: "We are planning to integrate everything we can of TDC's existing services." TDC expects to be among the first telecompanies in Europe to launch these types of services. The news was reported by Computerworld.
