Aarhus based software and consultancy company Peopleway, which has created unique results in its special field of operation, is ready to sell its solutions abroad and forecasts soaring growth in the next three years, writes financial daily newspaper Børsen.
MD of Peopleway Lars Julin says: "I consider it to be a realistic target that we can grow by more than 50% annually in Denmark and even more abroad in the next three years. And that is growth under our own steam, which we can control. We have no plans to buy our way to growth."
Peopleway, which was called Cue Consult until 2008, previously concentrated on research and development of measuring methods, but after Julin acquired the company from the founder two years ago, the focus has shifted to sales. Peopleway has developed a software system, which can measure the effect of staff training.
"With our measuring system, the management in a company can see black on white how much each employee has learned for instance on a further training course, and whether they subsequently actually use the new knowledge. In that way we provide managers with figures of the quality and implementation of learning. We make competence development measurable and can help so that HR supports business development," says the MD.
The company is currently initiating projects in the UK, Ireland, Germany and Sweden. Customers in Denmark include Danske Bank, the Danish Ministry of Education, Systematic Software Engineering and Vestas Wind Systems.
