Danish technology companies and entrepreneurs attending the wireless world's flagship academic conference Wireless VITAE 2009 in Aalborg, Denmark, will have an exceptional opportunity to get expert advice – because the top brains from 40 countries will be offering brief one-on-one sessions as part of the conference programme.
From 17-20 May, some 400 top figures from the world's leading universities, research institutes and companies, will be thronging the halls and corridors of Aalborg Congress and Conference Centre to meet and exchange knowledge on every aspect of the world's wireless future, including vehicular, aerospace and electronic systems technology.
Even a cursory look at the attendance list instantly signals that this is a leading-edge gathering: NTT DoCoMo, Alcatel-Lucent, Siemens, Research in Motion, Motorola, Ericsson, SAP Research, Cisco, France Telecom, Nokia Research Centre... enough said.
On 18 and 19 May the conference arrangers will be staging their Business Match Making initiative. The aim is broad, with everyone from global telecompanies to local start-ups invited to take part, the idea being that sometimes the most interesting ideas can arise from meetings between opposite ends of the spectrum.
