Major Cleantech Funding Programme Kicks Off in Denmark

Danish funding programme Green Labs DK is now calling for applications for the first funding round of approx. DKK 130 million (EUR 17.3 million). In total DKK 210 million (EUR 28 million) will be handed out over the course of three years.
The funding programme Green Labs DK is now open for the first application round with an expected funding pool of approx. 130 million DKK (EUR 17,3 million). Green Labs DK is a government subsidy scheme for green test infrastructure. The aim of the programme is to brand Denmark as a test market for clean technologies, and all companies working with technologies, which will decrease Denmark’s dependency on fossil fuels, are eligible to apply.
 
The specific criteria for applying are: the need for test and demonstration facilities, the existence of commercial potential for the technology, and a sound business model for the operation of the facilities.
The programme runs for three years with a total budget of 210 million DKK (EUR 28 million).
